What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am until 12:00 pm and Sundays closed.
What are your access hours?
Our access hours are open 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, 24-hour access is available approval.
Where are you located?
We're located in the heart of Gainesville at 1132 S Main St near the University of Florida, First Magnitude Brewing Company, the Hippodrome Theater, and more! We're in the center of all the action.
What are the benefits of temperature control?
Temperature control keeps your storage unit at a stable temperature, no matter what the weather is doing outside. This keeps your belongings safe from damages like melting, warping, rusting, and fading.
Can I access my storage unit at night?
Our standard access hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. If you need access outside of these hours, 24-hour access is available with approval. Contact our office to discuss your needs.
What size storage unit do I need?
It depends on what you're storing. A 5'x5' unit works well for boxes, small furniture, and seasonal items. A 5'x10' fits the contents of a small apartment or dorm room. A 10'x10' can hold a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10'x20' or 10'x30' works for multi-bedroom homes or large items. Try our Storage Calculator to get a personalized recommendation.
Do you sell packing supplies?
Yes, we sell packing supplies at our facility, including boxes, tape, and locks. Stop by our office during business hours (Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM) to pick up what you need.
What items can't I store?
For the safety of all tenants, we do not allow hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal substances, perishable food, or live animals in our storage units. If you have questions about whether a specific item is permitted, please contact us.
How do I pay my rent online?
We make it easy to pay online. Simply visit our Pay Online page and log into your account to make a payment. You can pay from any device — no need to visit the office or mail a check.
How far are you from the University of Florida?
We're located less than 2 miles from the University of Florida campus. From UF, head south on SW 13th St/NE State Rd 24, turn left onto SW 2nd Ave, and follow it to S. Main Street. The drive takes about 5 minutes. Visit our Student Storage page for full driving directions.
How do you keep your facility secure?
Our property is fully fenced. Only our renters can access the facility through a unique code at our computerized security gate. Additionally, we use secure technology on our units, and our entire property is equipped with security cameras.
How do you make storage easier for your tenants?
In addition to our 24-hour access, we offer features like drive-up access to make loading and unloading easier for you, and online bill pay to simplify paying your rent.

How much does a storage unit cost in Gainesville?

Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for students who sign up for a full year. With our facility located less than 2 miles from the University of Florida, we're one of the most convenient and affordable storage options for UF students. Contact us to learn more.
Do I need a lock for my storage unit?
Yes, you'll need to provide your own lock for your storage unit. We sell locks at our facility if you need one. We recommend a high-quality disc lock or padlock for the best security.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, we require a minimum rental period of one month. After that, you can continue to rent month-to-month for as long as you need with no long-term commitment required.
What happens if I'm late on a payment?
We understand that things come up. We offer a grace period after your payment due date. If payment is not received within the grace period, a late fee will be applied to your account. If you're having trouble making a payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
Do you offer moving truck or van rental?
We do not offer moving truck or van rental at our facility. However, there are several truck rental options nearby in Gainesville, including U-Haul and other providers. We're happy to help point you in the right direction.
